CATHLEEN'S COOL CHRISTMAS PIE

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pie shell
pumpkin filling
mincemeat
whipped cream

In an unbaked pie shell, put a layer of mincemeat. Then pour pumpkin filling 
on top and bake according to pie filling directions. Serve warm with whipped 
cream.
