Rosco VS. Eddy The Blotto Lotto Challenge Rosco and Eddy are computers, in combat over lottery SUPREMCY since January 1st, 2005! Rosco is monitoring a static set of lottery numbers that remain the same each week for the entire run and his percentage is recomendations of what numbers are most likely to win. Eddy is generating random lottery numbers for each lottery drawing. Both are tring to win money and prove a point of the better lottery system. Good Luck, Systems! Eddy's lottery picks are completly random, so they change each time the page they appear on is reloaded - it's the equivalent of a quick pick. The way we determine a winner is to get a printed version on the day of the lottery drawing, and base a win off of those numbers. Rosco's lottery picks are a bit more complicated. These are a specific set of numbers that he uses at every lottery drawing and they do not change. Rosco has, however, predicted which numbers stand the best chance of a win with the percentage signs on the right hand side of the pick. His picks are as follows: The Loony Bin Picks are number sets based on other people's picks. The TV Show LOST, our friends Jenny and Chuck, etc. Send us your favorite numbers and we'll try to track 'em, OR if you want, go to the Texas Lottery Website and check the numbers yourself for past wins...
