POST DEPARTURE
THROUGHOUT RENTAL

Dust all furniture
Remove all cobwebs
Clean all mirrors in rental
Dust ceiling fans and fixtures throughout rental
Clean inside and outside of all entry doors
Sweep steps and vaccuum all carpets
Check grill and clean if necessary
Close all blinds and curtains
Turn off all lights
Make certain that all linens are clean and put away
Clean fireplace and remove ashes



BATHROOMS

Remove items left behind
Clean and sanitize inside and outside of all toilets
Clean and sanitize sinks
Clean and sanitize bathtub/showers
Remove toothpaste splatters from walls
Shake out/vaccuum mats
Shine fixtures and mirrors
Empty and wash wastebasket
Sweep/Vaccuum and mop floors
KITCHENS

Make sure that dishes are clean and put away
Remove all food from refrigerator and freezer
Clean refrigerator and freezer thoroughly
Remove eyes and drip pans from stove/clean oven and stove interior and exterior*
Clean all countertops
Shake or vaccuum throw-rugs
Empty and wash garbage can
Sweep/vaccuum/mop floor

SLEEPING AREAS

Strip/wash/ and put away all dirty linens
Check under beds for trash/remove
Make beds with fresh linens
Empty and wash wastebaskets
Vacuum rugs and mats
Sweep/mop/vacuum floors
PORCHES AND DECKS

Wipe down furniture
Sweep porches and decks
Remove Cobwebs
