After some travels at an early age, Marty settled in New York City. Enjoying the diverse peoples and opportunities there, she began to fulfil her vocation as a poet and writer. Martha studied literature in Boston and Princeton, where she met many friends who deserve her hearty thanks. She thanks her wonderful family, who helped her more than she can say.
