Answer - I offer a HOMESTAGING sevice in the South Wales area that allows Vendors to maximise the potential of their property, often investing as little as �100 - �300, with a view to securing a quick and profitable sale.
I am currently working on a variety of properties including Period Houses, Barn conversions, Hotel rennovations and modern City Centre and Bayside Apartments.
For a three hour consultation, during which I determine what improvements can be made, I charge a fee of �120. This includes a verbal summary at the end of the visit backed up by a written report. Also a follow-up visit to style the improvements can be made.
