These Good Poetic Times Are Killing Me
'Jesus, if you really loved me...I'd Own A Hammock By Now!'

Allright, so here is the deal. I've got this stuff I have been working on. Some of it is probably garbage, some of it is not bad.

I got into the poetry thing for the typical reasons: it became the easiest way to deal with a lot of stuff going on back in November, when things weren't so great in my life. It carried on thankfully, and like a child learning that 'are' is not spelt 'r,' it has gotten more and more in-depth, branching out in creativity, and drawing from external sources of merit, not just funny signs I may have seen on the street, though there is one about that too!

Prepare to leave the egde of seat, then return! Let me know your thoughts, good, bad, and indecent.

So, in the words of Nick Mount, the greatest teacher the University of Toronto has to offer, 'poetry is something you do when you would rather be making love; a substitute for the emotions you cannot feel in your perceived reality are expressed fantastically through verse.'

With that in your minds and hearts, enjoy...
