| Thank you so much for taking the interest in your child! Children truly are our future, and we need to protect and guide them into adulthood. Character Trait Reward Cards are a perfect way to let them know you are thinking of them. They will encourage positive and healthy character traits, which are vital to becoming a productive adult. Give them to your child when you notice they are demonstrating positive behavior. Reward them when they least expect it. Let them know you are thinking of them. | Here are just a few of the things your child can do to earn a Character Trait Reward Coupon. 1. Uplifting words to another person. 2. Cheerfully giving your time, gifts and talents. 3. Seeking ways to share. 4. Sharing without prompting. 5. Doing something nice without having to be asked. 6. Demonstrating trust. 7. Defending a sibling. 8. Telling the truth. 9. Completing tasks on time without being reminded. 10. Helping a sibling. 11. Listening and showing he understood even if he didn't like the "message." 12. Listening to siblings complaints and demonstrating he understood where they were coming from. 13. Completing a request even if obviously he didn't want to, without complaint. 14. Going to room without arguing when disciplined. 15. Complying with family rules in a pleasant non-combative manner. 16. Stopping a negative behavior when requested to. 17. Following through with a request even when unsupervised. 18. Behaving away from home, as if his parents are present. 19. Feeding pets without having to be asked. 20.
