DISCUSSION
     GREEK STUDY Mailing List
Because the Greek Study list is shared by other groups, including the Homeric Greek group, each Greek Study participant will receive postings from all other groups.  Tagging the messages will help everyone to sort through their emails. Likewise, unwanted tagged e-mails may be deleted.  See example below of setting up Message Rules in Outlook Express.  Other e-mail programs should have similar methods of setting up Message Rules.
                   TAGGING
The tag for the Homeric Greek group is
HG2006.
For discussions, please type on the subject line:
Subject: HG2006 xxxxx  (the xs represent any subject)

That way, others can delete our messages, and we can be alerted to Homeric Greek discussions and collations.

Feel free to respond to discussions for three good reasons: 1) The facilitator may not always be available to answer ques-tions promptly, 2) the experience is good, and 3) several answers might be informing.
