Seaweed Body Wrap
2 ounces dried Wakame (Japanese seaweed)

Soak in warm water for 5-10 minutes. Wrap the soft wet strands around your body or drape across your body while soaking in a bath. Soak for 30-45 minutes.

Grind into fine power. Put into a small cotton sock or glove. Scrub skin during bathing.
Mineral Mud Treatment exfoliating, rehydrating
3/4 cup powdered mud or clay (bentonite or green) 3/4 cup non carbonated mineral water
2 tbsp powdered Irish moss seaweed

Mix together to form a paste. Apply to face and body. Let dry for 10 - 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Avocado Whipped Moisturizer healthy looking skin
1/2  fresh avocado
1 egg yolk 1 teaspoon honey
1 tsp rice bran
10 drops tincture of evening primrose

Mix well. Massage onto legs, arms, hands and feet. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse well with warm water.
