Sensuous Bath Oil
� cup almond oil
3 drops jasmine essential oil
4 drops sandalwood essential oil
3 drops ylang-ylang essential oil

Mix well. Add to warm bath
Geranium Oil Bath  Sore Muscles
2 drops eucalyptus oil
3 drops spruce or pine oil
6 drops geranium oil
2 drops peppermint oil


Mix well. Add to warm bath. Soak as long as desired, breathing deeply to relax.
Seashore Bath revives circulation, conditions parched skin 3/4 cup sea salt
1/2 cup Epsom salts
1/3 cup bicarbonate of baking soda
2 drops essential oil of cedar 
3 drops essential oil of clary sage 
5 drops essential oil of orange 
1 drop essential oil of neroli (orange flowers)
5 drops essential oil of bee balm


Mix well. Add to warm bath.
Any edible seaweeds--kombu (kelp), arame, hiziki, dulse�can, wakame

Add to warm water bath.
Green Tea Bath (green tea has slimming, anticellulite and anticholesterol properties. Also contains polyphenols, which strengthen the immune system and prevents free radicals and cancer cells from multiplying. Tea leaves also tighten pores and soothe insect bites)
5 tbsp loose green tea leaves
1 cup fresh or dried jasmine flowers
4 cups water

Bring water to a rapid boil. Add green tea leaves. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Add jasmine flowers. Let cool down for 5 minutes. Strain and add to bathwater.
Tangerine Bath Oil leaves skin satiny smooth
5 drops tangerine essential oil
3 drops essential lavender oil
1 drop essential Siberian pine needle oil
1 handful fresh organic tangerine peel
1/2 teaspoon jojoba oil

Mix well, add to bath
Lemon Milk Bath skin softening

Whole milk or substitute rice, soy, goat or powdered can be used. Add hot water to make a warm milk bath. Add some lemon balm or lemon verbena to the bath.
Strawberry Almond Bath softens skin, heals sensitive, sunburned skin
8 large strawberries
2 cups milk
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp wheat germ

Mix in a blender until smooth. Add to warm bath
Oatmeal Milk Bath gentle cleanser
3/4 cup oatmeal
2 cups milk
3/4 cup almond meal

Mix in a blender until smooth. Add to warm bath.
