Your comments, suggestions, complaints, questions and opinions are welcome here. This is my first attempt at a message board, so I�m open to suggestions. | Homeowner Comment July 6, 2007 Recently we were sent the budget and reserve study. The reserve study is from 2004! A bit out of date, amounts are too low. Is there a newer reserve study? The 2004 study doesn't justify such a high dues increase! |
| Homeowner Comment July 2, 2007 I would like to know how we can stop them from raising our dues so much and what are we getting for it? We don't have a pool or much other amenities, and they raised it $35 dollars???? I think that is a bit much!!!! Don't you? |
