AB 1921 was proposed by the California Law Revision Commission

It does absolutely nothing to remedy the problems with homeowner associations; lack of enforcement, double tax, abusive boards. It will create more burdens on associations, especially small associations without any enforcement why bother to re write a law that can't be enforced? AB 1921 just puts new numbers on the same old laws.

It could possibly be introduced again next year. Let your legislators and the California Law Revision Commission know that CID laws need changing, not just new numbers.

Due to all the opposition and problems with AB 1921, it was withdrawn for possible reintroduction next year. Write Mr. Brain Herbert at the California Law Revision Commission and let the commission know what is wrong with current CID/HOA law!
