Dear Leaders,

The letter FFWPUI 2003-35 from Pres. Hwang was attached in the letter of Pres. Song sent to you yesterday. The last paragraph in Pres. Hwang's letter about the "Completion of the Total Living Offering" and the attached form "Agreement of Total Offering" needs some more explanation. Please understand its content as follows:

Pres. Hwang wrote:

Completion of the Total Living Offering: The blessed families' entire rights of ownership are being transferred into the Realm of God's Dominion. The ideal of creation must be concretely realized within the realm of life in our daily life. We must not only perfect families that have realized the ideal of the Blessing, but also the entire rights of ownership must be transferred to Heaven's. Firstly, blessed families must submit forms and documents as specified and directed by the international headquarters and set the standard for using Heaven's ownership rights over their properties. Secondly, blessed families should pay up the Total Living Offering in full. "The end."

This means that brothers and sisters should list up their possessions (house, car, land........) on the form "Agreement of Total Offering" sign it as husband and wife and send the document to their national headquarters. The layout of the form can be changed but must have the same content given. By doing so the Blessed Couple can gain the entire rights of ownership over their possessions by having transferred their possessions from the realm of Satan into the Realm of God's Dominion.

Please don't misunderstand. Blessed couples don't need to donate their possessions to the movement. It is a ceremony which gives the Blessed Couple the true ownership over their belongings.

Yours sincerely,
Peter Staudinger
