The Victory of Absolute Sexual Morality,
The Victory of True Love, True Life, and True Lineage
Under the Parental Influence of the New Heaven and the New Earth
The �Western-Friendly� translation is an attempt to put the motto into terminology that my own extended family in Virginia might be able to understand and engage. In his brief comments�after writing the motto, and during his exposition of the motto later, after dawn�Father went on to speak about the significance of this era as being an existence after the coming of the New Heaven and the New Earth (also referred to as �Cheon-il Guk�). Such terminology, �New Heaven and New Earth� originates in the Bible:
Isa.65
[17] For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
Isa.66
[22] For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.
2Pet.3
[13] Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Rev.21
[1] And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Then too, there is the issue of the "Era of Proclaiming"...
In the Old Testament we encounter the tradition of "Proclaiming Liberty." Those called to be a separate and chosen people are exhorted to not fling the word of God over their backs, but to proclaim or speak clearly and confidently about the virtues of the Original Ideal of Creation (perhaps what Plato would refer to as "The Idea of the Good").
Leviticus 25
[10] And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.
Isaiah 61
[1] The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
Jerimiah 34
[8] This is the word that came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, after that the king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people which were at Jerusalem, to proclaim liberty unto them;

In the Qur'an, Surah 3
Al-Imran: The Family Of Imran
[187] And (remember) when Allah laid a charge on those who had received the Scripture (He said): Ye are to expound it to mankind and not to hide it. But they flung it behind their backs and bought thereby a little gain. Verily evil is that which they have gained thereby.
In the context of the histories of the "People of the Book"
(Jewish, Christian, and Islamic peoples--who all revere the God of Abraham, Ismael/Isaac, and Jacob), this years motto is a call to clarify and confidently empower this generation with certitude that, over "free sex," the idea of "absolute sex" holds the greater promise. There is a victory to be promoted through the propagation of True Love, True Life, and a lineage that is True.
In order to proclaim such a victory, however, one must identify with the truth of the greater efficacy of True, Parental Love. Through three generations, we should be able to extend the influence of a True Parental concern for Heaven, Earth, and all Humanity. Establishing such a base, such a standard of Heart and love is the fulfillment of our divine inheritance--through the moral example of our physical lives.
In proclaiming and re-affirming, day in and day out,
The Victory of Absolute Sexual Morality;
The Victory of True Love, True Life, and True Lineage;
Under the Peace and Parental Influence of the New Heaven and the New Earth;
... We perform a great service to this generation, on behalf of generations past, for the sake of fulfillment of generations to come. Today, the New Heaven and the New Earth is in our hands, in our hearts, on our lips; waiting to be realized by our own thoughts, words, and deeds.
Our very own design (the design in each and every one of us) calls us to mature such a parental love: The love of a Bodhisattva, the love of a Messiah (one Anointed by Heaven), the love of a Man/Woman of Calling.
