The Rankings are determined on a points Basis, points are awarded for the following.

Win = 3 points
Draw = 1 point
Loss = -1 point

World Title Win = 10 points
World Title Loss = -5 Points

Intercontinental Title Win = 6 Points
Intercontinental Title Loss = -3 Points

TV Title Win = 4 Points
TV Title Loss = -2 Points

Hardcore Title Win = 4 Points
Hardcore Title Loss = -2 Points

Women's Title Win = 2 points
Women's Title Loss = -1 point

Tag Team Title Win = 5 Points
Ta Team Title Loss = -2 Points

The Higher the number of points the higher the ranking. If points are tied the person with the most win gets the higher ranking, if still tied the person with least losses is ranked higher.
