Fan: What had taken you onto the screen?
-Cheung Sai: That is when director Cheung (Kathy: I don't know his whole chinese name.) announced that he is in need of someone to act in a part in his new series "Tu Hy Tay Hanh" (Kathy: I don't know the Chinese nor English title.). With my two friends and myself, we went to a company of cinematography in Beijing to try out for a role. When the director first saw me, the director called one of the staff members to take me to the make-up room for the specialist to put make-up on me to tryout for the role. So that's the very first time director Cheung had given me the role of the third princess in "Tu Tay Hy Hanh". Since then, I gradually like acting and continued to this day.
Fan: In all of the series that you had taken part in, which one do you like the best?
-Cheung Sai: Duke of the Mount Deer 2000, Bi Mat Ho Phach Quan Am, Phuong Mau Than Tham, Tranh Nguyen To Khat Nhi (Kathy: I don't these series Chinese nor English title.)....are the ones I like. Since after the role in Duke of the Mount Deer 2000, I had felt that I am suitable with acting than singing, therefore, I started to study more about acting to raise up my skills.
Fan: Out of all the actors that you had paired up in the series with, who do you feel, that you get along with that person very well the most?
-Cheung Sai: Cheung Wai Kin is the one who effected me the most. Not just only myself, but also others who had collaborated with him. They all felt that he has the ability to alter the scenario. He even knows the directions that concords to him. It's not a lie when saying that Cheung Wai Kin is a "pillar" of a series.
Fan: Before becoming the girlfriend of Cheung Wai Kin, was he an idol of yours?
-Cheung Sai: Cheung Wai Kin and I had met each other when acting in the series "The Witty Attorney". Before, I had never knew him because at that time, his albums had circulate very little.
Fan: The times when you guys had first knew each other, what was the funniest moment?
-Cheung Sai: I still remember when filming the series "The Witty Attorney", all i knew was that Cheung Wai Kin is a Hong Kong actor, but didn't know that he was a famous singer. There was once at the filming grounds, I was crooning to a song, by a chance, Wai Kin was also there. At that time, he asked me do I like to sing this part? I quickly answered, "No, that song just sounds average." Wai Kin then showed "slightly ashamed" on his face and told me that the song was his. Now it is time that I felt uneasy...The first memory of ours is that! And Love came to us from those pure feelings, in the most brightest and normal feelings. |
