| ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, SEAT ASSEMBLY (-34) CT-10 Rev-A SEAT ASSEMBLY RECOMMENDATIONS: Seat is constructed of � plywood, 8� wide Cut seat base and riser to fit angle of seat support and upper bow, see Drawing 108 and 100. Bevel all upper edges at 45 degrees, round all edges. Glue and screw seat riser to seat base. Fit seat to frame. Center and clamp in place. Insure seat is resting against upper bow. Drill 4, 5/16 in. holes through seat base, using seat attach bracket holes as guides. Install 4, � X 20 T-Nuts. Install 4, � by 1 � bolts, with lock washers, to secure seat. Remove clamps. Insure seat is centered and resting against upper bow. Remove seat from frame. SEAT COVERING RECOMMENDATIONS: Cover seat high density foam Cover with appropriate color , water proof material or vinyl. Use staplegun to attach material to underside of seat This completes fabrication of the Seat Assembly. |
