Homeless Come Home
Dear Sir, Madam, or Agency,
I recently gave five
pre-paid (land-line, non-cell) phone cards to The Topeka Rescue Mission. The cards will be used to help Guests of the
Mission reconnect with their own Families. It is a growing belief of AGRM (Association of Gospel Rescue
Missions) that the Homeless need STABLE RELATIONSHIPS before the homeless in
America can ever live a normal life.
The relationship that never ends is the one
with one’s own family: a Parent, Sibling,
Cousin, Child, Ex-wife, etc.
I NEED YOUR HELP!!! The cards I gave the Mission will run out of long-distance
eventually. Would You or your Group
consider buying one or more Pre-Paid, (land-line, not for Cell Phone) Phone Cards, then giving them DIRECTLY to
the Topeka Rescue Mission, so they may have plenty of Long Distance Time to
Call Families of their Guests and
hopefully re-connect them?
I Brag I can change a
homeless guy’s life in four hours by simply letting the family do ALL of the
heavy lifting with support structures and decision-making. It is a very fast, effective way to help the
homeless…TO NOT BEING HOMELESS!!! Can you help me help the mission?
