1. By comissioning a job, and sending your photographs, you are acknowledging that you have permission to use the photographs, and/or are the copyright owner of them. Also, you are licensing us to use them for the sole purpose of production of your calendar(s). 2. We guarantee that your photographs will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be viewed by any person outside of our production and printing staff, and they will not be given as samples to any third party - your privacy is important to us 3. We are not a huge corporate entity, so details you supply us, required to run the job will not be kept in any database that will be passed on or sold to any other organization or individual. 4. The quality of the finished product will depend greatly on the quality of the photographs you send! For example, if you send a blurry picture, the finished picture will also be blurry, and so on. 5. When the job is ready for delivery, we will return your pictures to you by mail, along with the invoice for the work. When we receive payment either by bank transfer or by cheque, the products will be sent out to you (once the cheque has cleared, of course!).
REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
The procedure is quite simple! You must send us your original pictures, or reprints of them. We cannot guarantee the print quality if you send electronic files, but will make all attempts if you assume the risk. We scan your pictures at ultra-high resolution in our workshop, storing them on our system. The calendar is then assembled using Macintosh equipment and software, and a postscript file is created and sent to our offset printers for production. After the job has been internally proofed to ensure quality, we store all your files on CD, which we retain for our records, and your future needs. We produce your calendar on high quality thick card paper, which is similar in thickness to business cards. Depending on how many copies you would like, the order is either printed on a full four-color press (for larger orders), or on a 2400 DPI color printer (for shorter runs). Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. Some things to remember:
