| Alf has been a Summer Bay resident ever since H+A started.He used to own the caravan park with his wife Martha Stewart but when she died in 1985 from drowning Alf was distraught and couldnt bear to stay in their house so he sold it and th Fletchers moved in. When Ailsa Hogan came to the Bay Alf dated her despite opposition from his daughter Ruth "Roo". They married and in 1989 Alf was delighted when he had a baby son they called Duncan. he opened a Bait store with Jesse Macgregor Called Alf and Jesse's Baits and Bits but it was unfortunatley burnt to the ground by a madman. Unfortunatley his wife Ailsa died and his Duncan left to Boarding School leaving him in the Bay alone, not to worry cos he has loads of friends around him.The best one being Don Fisher. He runs The Diner and The Surf Club along with having a boating business. |
