The Second Season of Vandread is Called Vandread: The Second Stage and I have found many people refer to it as "The Sacond Stage" instead of just "The Second Season." I borrowed the seires from a friend and became hooked to it. Fortunatly he owned the whole thing because its not shown on TV that I know of and about the only place you can find it at is a con or really special store. But if you do get a chance to see it, then do so, it will be worth it. Currently there are only the two seasons and I don't think there are plans for a third at all.
