Rules
- This is a realistic roleplay. Your characters MUST NOT TALK. If they do so, you will be warned ONCE then banned if it happens again.
- Minimal In character swearing is permitted, because, I see no real problems with it. If you have a problem with this, find another roleplay.
- You will notice there is no breeding board and foaling board, this means you are free to breed wherever you want, to whomever you wish. I, and I alone will choose the gender, colour and health of the foal and the mother after a delivery. Twins will be VERY rare, and unless I see fit, triplets unheard of...if you have twins there will be about a 70% chance one, or both of them will die
- If a stallion claims a mare, she MUST go with him, but can challenge for freedom immediately. If she loses, she must remain with the stallion forever, unless another stallion challenges for her.
- If a stallion challenges and wins a pregnant or nursing mare, he may force her to miscarry. He may kill a nursing foal ONLY if the foal is a colt.
- Post the word Moronville somewhere in your joining post so I know you have read the rules
- A herd may live in a territory already occupied by another herd, they may also occupy as many adjoining lands as they wish.
- A stallion may challenge for ANY mare he sees fit, but if he loses the challenge, he may not challenge for her again for a month.
- A stallion may attempt to steal a mare, by posting in the territory she belongs in. After three days, the steal is successful. If caught the offending stallion MAY be killed.
- Foals age in Real Time, at the age of two or three a colt MUST be banished from the herd, at which point he will become a bachelor until he challenges for territory. A colt MUST stay a bachelor for a month. Fillies may either wander to claiming or remain in their father's herd.
- Inbreeding IS accepted, as Is longbreeding, but keep it INSIDE the posts.
- post in the OOC board to let me know if you need results for foals, a foal that is created by someone else WILL be killed
- Mares may NOT challenge stallions unless they have JUST been claimed.
- Mares may challenge the mare directly above them in the herd heirachy, and no higher.
- All challenges must be roleplay battled, if there is no sure winner after a week, I will decide the outcome.
- Anyone caught posting as someone else without permission will be immediately banned
- Two horses may have the same name, so long as they are either of different genders or in different herds...if this becomes confusing, a number will be added to the end of one of the horse's names.
- Please be nice to each other in OOC no matter how much you get on each others nerves in the roleplay.
- there are not GOOD or EVIL horses in this game, but just like in real life, they may be aggressive or even mean.
- All non-horse characters may only be played on the hidden boards that belong to that particular type of animal UNLESS a player requests that you interact with them on a main board, or admin requires that particular animal's assistance.
- While this is a real-time roleplay, a mare may choose from three different speeds for pregnancy. Long, which consists of 11 months, condensed, which consists of FOUR months, or fast, which consists of only a week. The foal MUST age in real time however
- Non-horse characters do NOT need to join at the joining board, but need to email [email protected] for permission to join.
- Stallions may challenge for only ONE mare per week, unless given permission to do otherwise.
- The site staff has the final say here, if there is a dispute go directly to ooc, do NOT post anywhere else.
- If all joining fields are not completely filled out (including password and the joining post) your horse will NOT be accepted.
