Ŝiparadmiralego | Fleet Admiral |

A Flag Office is generally a

The rank of Fleet Admiral exists only during major wars, and its holder has
absolute authority over the entire navy, subject only to the Emperor
himself. |

Every ship and boat with a crew
of at least ten men must have a single Captain, and at least one

Recruit |
New recruits (during basic training) would wear
no uniform insignia, since they have no uniform (they customarily go through
training naked (for conditioning, hazing, and team-building purposes—and,
yes, studies actually have shown that the overall esprit d'corps
is improved this way). |
