The Imperial Air Force

The following Insignia of Rank measure 10 cm wide x 5 cm or 10 cm high, and are worn on either sleeve, approximately 7.5 cm above the elbow.

Flag Officer Sinjoro de la ĈielojLord of the Skies The rank of Lord of the Skies exists only during major wars, and its holder has absolute authority over the entire air force (excluding aerial personnel serving in other branches), subject only to the Emperor himself.

In peacetime, an Air Marshall is the highest ranking officer in the air forces.

AkadamuloRecruit Worn by students at the Artoonian Air Academy.  After the Akadamulo's first year of study, a small blue "dot" is placed in the upper-left corner, and after the second year, a second is added to the lower-right corner.  After the third, he typically graduates and is commissioned a 2nd Lt.
Enlisted Crew Serĝentestro Sergeant Major The term "Ĉielulo", though here translated as "Airman", is gender-neutral and may be used for female enlistees as well.
