Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God the first born of all creation. For by Him all things were created things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for Him. Jesus Christ is before all things and in Him all things hold together.

Colossians 1:15-17

Jesus Christ is   the way   the truth  and  the life
Give  Jesus  a  gentle  peck  and  say  you  truly  love  Him
Young kristi, what a brave, young lady you are. The Salvation Army are a very good God-honoring association. I encourage you to keep your association with them going strong. Kristi, you are one of God's treasured tortoises.

Now that you have poked your head out your house and woken up and answered God, and decided to wholeheartedly follow Him, you will notice that your passion to lead will increase; for it is God's loving, holy Spirit who increases our confidence to lead. Hold tight to God's truthful teachings, brave young tortoise, and you will notice that the pressure on you will begin to petter out as you carry on praising God's faithful character with renewed vigor. Although I don't understand fully why your parents would punish you by grounding you from attending church. The thing to understand is that imperfection exists - even amongst parents.

Your dad isn't right when he tells you that women have no place in the church. God's church are the very people He saves. Jesus Christ is the High Priest of God's Church and true believers, male and female, are pastors unto Him.

This means that the saved are the true church of God. Even though the congregations that we attend are not the church in the highest meaning of the word - it is a very beautiful thing to desire to to input wisely in them.

Be encouraged, young Kristi, God is certainly calling you to do something and He wants women in His Church and in congregations. You are right. Your feelings are reliable. God is going to do something really big and that something could shake the world. Certainly as a fellow tortoise I can feel that.

Be encouraged, brave Kristi, as long as tortoises like you and me are intent on pleasing God and go about His work gradually, methodically, generously and joyously miracles will happen. Surely God's goodness will follow all who follow Him. Father, our tortoise-like neighbors are in urgent need of teaching. Father, multitudes slumber in spiritual hibernation.

Help us to teach them wisely; so that You will desire to awaken them. Our prayer is that You will be able to delight in the sight of their heads poking out of their houses to the glory of Your holy name. Amen.

Wow! What a fantastic Spring day it is today in New Zealand. Just as brilliant weather makes us feel great so too does the pursuit of wisdom. What a brilliant day it is to learn about the treasure we have available to us in God-honoring prayer.

Young readers eager in pursuit of wisdom the media (Television, radio, Press, and the Internet) is essentially prayerless. Because the Holy Bible commands us to pray unceasingly we should challenge ourself about the activity of watching programmes that have no interest in fostering our prayer life. If anyone, young or old, aspires to truly follow Jesus Christ they must set their heart to the task of desiring to become interested in prayer. Prayer can't make the elderly teenagers again but God-blessed prayer will give them back the ebullient joy of youth. Young readers, God Our eternal Father, has His rules and we must set our minds willingly to agree to be very happy with them.

Teenagers are great at asking qustions. The most important question to ask is how do we allow God to draw us closer to Jesus Christ? Psalm 23 ends with the following verse: surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever. All teenagers should aspire to witness as David did that in God's house or presence goodness and mercy is to be found both now on earth and in eternity.

The deep question is: how to we come into God's presence? The holy Bible teaches that God's house is a house of prayer. Linking this insight with Psalm 100: 4 we see that a thankful, praising, adoring prayerful heart will bring us into God's house. This thankful, praising, adoring heart must be taught to be both God and mankind focused.

Jesus Christ, Our eternal blessing, gave us the Lord's Prayer (Mathew 6: 9-13) in order to safely guide us into God's house of prayer.

The structure of Mathew 6: 9-13 is identical to the structure of the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20. As we study both passages we also see that they are both summed up succinctly by the golden rule of loving Our hallowed triune God with all our heart mind soul and strength and our neighbor as ourself. Merry Christmas young kristi, and all brave young ladies like you.

Congratulations on your brilliant achievements in your life so far! Kristi, my prayer for you and all young teens like you is that great success will continue to bless you in 2005. May joy always spring up in your heart when you study the holy Bible. It is wonderful that you find Jesus Christ a love worth finding. His love is truly great and glorious. Congratulations for your healthy energy levels and enthusiasm. I just wont to remind you that you can get huge emotional and spiritual lift from listening hymnal music.
