Thy name shall be exalted!

We as humans beings measure time from the reference points BC and AD. God loves Jesus Christ's name so much that He has only allowed time to be calculated by mentioning His Name. The first reference means before Christ and the later reference translated from the original Latin means the year of Our Lord. This is indeed who Jesus Christ is.

He is Our Lord! The holy Bible states that Jesus Christ's name is above all names and that He is Lord of Lords. Had God chosen someone else from which to measure time the Holy Bible would have been flawed. God had always purposed to exalt Jesus Christ's name; for in His mind He was slain before the foundation of the earth. Most of the deplorable examples of humanity in the media use Jesus Christ's unique name only when they have a fit of frustration or are busting a gut in surprise. Incidentally the later use is much better than the former.

Nonetheless lamentation is in order; for both are normally used derogatorily. His name is holy. We owe Jesus Christ immense gratitude for all the joys of life. What a privilege it is to utter respectively the name of Our living Creator. God continually reveals Himself through Jesus Christ; for He is God's precious beloved. If we want to know Jesus Christ more intimately we need to read, study and apply to our lives the wisdom found in the Revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave unto Him. [see Rev 1:1] The testimony of Jesus Christ bares record of the word of God; for He is the word of God. [see John 1]

Rev 1:3 puts it succinctly: Blessed [is] he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time [is] at hand. Rev 1:5 states correctly that Jesus Christ is the faithful witness. He is the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood. Speaking of Himself in Rev 1:8 Jesus Christ utters truthfully that He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending. He states also that He is the Lord {God}, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

This is reemphasized In Rev 1:18 when Jesus Christ the true and faithful witness speaks the following words: I [am] he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
To this we say Thou art truly blessed Jesus Christ; for thou art the way, the truth and the life and the more we, through studious study and obedient application of our studies, savour your gracious love the more we shall joyfully experience being blessed.
