Peddling our way, with great persistence, to perdition is a poor choice of lifestyle.
As you join me mid way through my daily cycle ride you'll be aware that the world is motoring around like an out of control motorist intent on mocking marriage.
Dads and mums whose heart felt plan was for families to be united forever in God's love are being hooted at mockingly as they seek to drive sensibly and responsibly along life's highway.
The mocking spirit is a debilitating spiritual illness. Jesus Christ Himself was mocked by mankind despite being the best person who ever lived in a human body.
Treasured Dads and mums, no one can claim to be even a baby in understanding unless they desire wholeheartedly to fight against the satanic spirit that mocks the sanctity of marriage.
Treasured Dads and mums, morality is crashing around the ankles of the people of world. We are living now in testing times as never before.
Let us nonetheless be encouraged; for God Almighty knows what does and will happen in His invention of temporal time. He as the holy Author of the Holy Bible informs us that the love of many will grow cold.
In the last 30 years belief in morality has been kicked off the centre stage by those wearing immoral steel-capped boots.
These end times will be like the times of Noah.
Noah lived before the Holy Bible was in print. He preached much of his life span
to his fellow citizens about the urgent need to repent and desire a right legal relationship before God.
In spite of his sincere efforts God desired not to save a single person outside of Noah and his family. The reason was because his fellow citizens refused to hallow God. They refused to hallow Him as the institutor of holy marriage.
When we fail to honour God it doesn't take long for us to fall into foolish behaviour like participating in de facto relationships, fornication which includes remarrying when our first marriage partner is still alive and sex before marriage.
In the ancient place called Sodom homosexuality was rampant. These people were very rebellious against God Almighty in that they set up their own rules.
God describes homosexuality as unseemly, unnatural and an abomination.
Likewise God describes lying as an abomination.
Some parts of the world today are becoming like Sodom and in France the homosexual community has got themselves their own television network to peddle their pornographic corrupting pollution.
All forms of sexual deviance are anti-children. When children miss out on the unique nurturing love of a female mum or a male dad commonsense should teach us that somewhere gross evil is being perpetrated.
Homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals, transsexuals, the violent and the silent, bigamists and polygamists, adulterers and fornicators are crocodiles bitting away lustfully at the sanctity of the holy institution of marriage.
Why is it so vital to study God's position on marriage?
Understanding the holy institution of marriage provides an important key to understanding Calvary.
God wants us know that there is direct parallel between holy marriage on earth and holy spiritual marriage between God and mankind.
On earth it is God's plan for a virgin man to marry a virgin woman.
After their marriage ceremony at some point they will share intimately and in the celebrating of this marriage covenant there is a shedding of blood.
Likewise at Calvary Jesus Christ's blood was shed; so that He as Bridegroom
could restore His true followers (bride) back to an intimate or restored marital covenant relationship with eternal God.
Father, we ask You to bring Your handkerchief with You for our tears are too many for the handkerchiefs we have the strength to wash and dry.
Come joyful Jesus Christ. Come dry our tears Our highest treasure of heaven. Come nearer to us holy God Triune and please don't forget Your healing handkerchief.
Fellow cyclists only cyclists with Christ-cleared vision can be trusted to drive around safely.
Commitment to Christ Jesus will enable Him to dry our tears and clear our vision; so that He can guide us to His cycle track that leads to an appreciation of and gratitude for Calvary's finished work.
Come quickly, Lord God; for everyone is commentating, even our self, that we can't always ride our bicycles in a straight line.
O for the pure and clear vision of Our Christ Jesus.
Come soon, holy Instructor, for You are the only one who can teach us to ride our bicycle without looking like a larrikin.
Come soon loyal Leader; for we know that You can't resist replying to our attempts to sing in praise of Your holiness.
Come cuddle us compassionate Christ; so that with vision strong, clear, courageous and confident our bicycle riding will pass not only Your scrutiny but that also of those in even more urgent need of your love than we.
Precious treasured Jesus Christ not only did You never sin or transgress God's divine law You triumphantly fulfilled it totally.
The exquisite beauty of Calvary is that Christ Jesus as the spiritually obedient virgin Bridegroom joyfully takes fallen unredeemed mankind back as His bride.
Gracious God Almighty, draw all sincere cyclists back to Jesus Christ, even if from time to time we are more careless than we should be.
Furnish them with fervent faith in Your Beloved's righteous character; so that their first port of praise for Him is for His redeeming, victorious, finished work at Calvary.
The invitation to join the saints on a peaceful ride through eternity with Our Prince of peace is still open.
It is time nonetheless, fellow intrepid cyclists, for everyone to use their feet of faith wisely here on earth again.

Intrepid cyclists, I'll join you around the next tight, testing bend to encourage you in your walk before holy God Triune provided I don't fall off.
Faithful Father, steady my nerves for my reputation as a cyclist depends on taking the next corner correctly.
Whatever happens on the cycle track of life, loving Shepherd and Bishop of our soul Jesus Christ, I shall set my heart to love You immensely.
You will always have my whole heart great God Triune, Giver of life and coordination skills and a final appreciative amen. Amen.
