I have tried a new food today. That food is sushi. Sushi is amazing, I got some sort of shrimp one at The Fresh Market. I plan on expanding my sushi experience by trying different kinds of meat. Once again the Japanese beat out the Americans.

I have finished the last of the Wolf's Rain series. I can't stress enough how good the soundtrack is. If you don't want to go out and buy the DVDs at least buy the soundtrack. The music is composed by Yoko Kanno, composer of many anime series such as Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell. I know you can get the CD on Amazon, although it is rather pricey. But I'm sure with enough searching you'll find it cheaper. It'll be well worth the effort. Anyone who bought the CD (or DVDs) because of this recommendation please let me know. *Note: I will not open any emails with a subject other than the one I have provided*

Last Sunday I went out to Best Buy to buy the Full Metal Alchemist series, but the Best Buy stores in Tennessee seem to be lacking in...a lot of things. They only had volume 6 of FMA, no more, no less. Luckily, I had a backup: Ghost in the Shell. I didn't care which of the series they had, Stand Alone Complex or GIG. Not surprisingly they didn't have volume one of either. So, just as I was about to decide to walk out and yell at the annoying person at the front of the store if he greeted me, my eye caught something that sparked my interest. I had only seen about two episodes of Wolf's Rain before, but I thought they were really good. Best Buy was selling the whole series in one package for about a hundred dollars. I bought it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it, it included the soundtrack for the show. It's an amazing soundtrack. I only have four more episodes to go until I finish watching the whole series. To get to my main point, I just want to say that this is a fantastic show and I reccomend getting the DVDs. You can find out some basic plot and character stuff here. There are some minor plot spoilers, but nothing crucial.
