Holmes and Watson are having their tea, when professor
Tonguetwister arrives with his balloon.
professor tries to
explain, how an ATM works. Holmes deduces that he must be out of
his mind, and asks Watson to help the poor man.
But professor escapes
by explaining he forgot to put money to the parking meter!
afterwards, professor
writes a poem of Sherlock. "
And he kept asking 'what's up and what's on'".
