KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, T. D. Poore in the state aforesaid, Oconee County in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred & seventy five & 60/100 Dollars, to me in hand paid at and before the sealing of these Presents, by Elias R. Holmes (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) have granted, bargained, sold and released, and by these Presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said Elias R. Holmes, his hiers and assigns, all that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being in the County and State afresaid, being all of Lot #1 of my Pitts land except 2-1/5 Acres, in the north-west corner of said lot, which was sold by me with Lot #2 to J. H. Barnett - leaving amt. of Lot #1, herein sold to E. R. Holmes, fifty six & 3/10 acres more or less, adjoined by Lot #2, Lot #7 and by lands of - Dunlap, all as shown by plat of said Pitts lands made for me by C. C. Meyers March 16th, 1904 as fefernce to same will fully show.
TOGETHER with all and singular the Rights, Members, herditaments and Appurtenances to the said Premises belonging, or in anywise incident or appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said Premises before menioned unto the said
Elias R. Holmes his Heirs and Assigns forever.
AND I do hereby bind myself and my Heirs, Executors and Administrators, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular, the said premises unto the said Elias R. Holmes, his Heirs and Assigns, against me and my Heirs, and against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
WITNESS my hand and seal, this 13th day of November in the year of our Lord on thousand nine hundred and seven andn in the one hundred and 32nd year of the Sovereignty and Independence of the United States of America.

Poore did this day appear before me, and upon being privately and separately examined by me, did declare that she does freely, voluntarily and without any compulsion, dread or fear of any person or persons whomsoever, renounce, release and forever relinquish unto the within named Elias R. Holmes, his Heirs and Assigns, all her interest and estate, and also all her right and claim of Dower, of in, or to all and singular the premises within mentioned and released.
