| Skippy is a Classic Tabby kitten whose sister and brother have been adopted, so Skippy now has no playmate. She is very companionable and is much easier to live with than are younger kittens. She will never bite a human, even while playing! She sleeps at the foot of my bed; neither right on my face nor off in another room, as do most cats.
Skippy is tiny for her age and I believe that she will stay small- both of her siblings had grown to be quite large by this age. She gets along happily with my big dog and wrestles like a whirlwind with my older cat. She is afraid of nothing and is very inquisitive and playful. Active but gentle. This young lady was 'dumped' at our farm this summer. The veterinarian guessed her date of birth to be about July 11, 2004. She prefers to be an indoor cat, but enjoys being outdoors when we are at the farm, away from traffic. Skippy has never made a single mistake outside her litter box. As much as I would love to keep her, I am always over my limit , and Skippy has the least seniority. I have given Skippy two doses of worm preventative, distemper vaccination and booster, and flea/ear mite treatments. She is about six months old now. |
