separate the people from the problem.if someone uses dirty tricks: Question the tactic not 
their personal integrity. Rather than telling them their fault attack the probem. Dont be

 re-aim the blame.  dont aim it at people.  aim it at your probelms.  what about if 
they dont see that their is a problem.  then you realy arent arguing than are you?

that is honestly the best carrer choice ive ever heard of
why did i want to be a computer programmer?
becuase i wanted to succed.  that is the only reason.

buisness phsychologist.  money making logic.  the logic to making money.

the ethics.  its all how you treat the other guy.  its all about treating yourself.
  its all about BUISNESS PHILOSOPHY.  plus i get to lead.  i lead everyone as a philosopher. 
 a shaman for money.  like jim.  ill lead.  by following my own example.  the only
 true way to lead.  by following my own example.

I will start a company.  im interested in hiring alot of mes.  alot of people
who saw the counterculture, reveled in it and are willing to work hard now, 
because they didnt then.  people intersted in bettering themselves by bettering
my company.  i will lead by example.  i will try my best to be a shrewd buisness man.  
but we will get ahead by being right.  doing the right thing.  and that is looking out 
for no one but ourselves and the future of humanity.  through bettering ourselves, 
we will learn better to cope with change and loss.  we will also be happier, and
spread our happyness around.  it is not conforming.  i will have no conformists.  
conformity is quaulity free.  i want people who are willing to radite quality.  
people who will work for the buisness philosoohy i am going to develop.  i will not 
brain wash my employess, i will show them the best they can do for themselves, and 
they can leave or stay.  but ive proven to work so far, and all my theories are about
how to hold a sucessful large buisness.  so my theories havent been tested.  exept the 
ones that have proven that i can grow.  you now only need to hear what 
will start it.  when the other quandries are searched for, remember my proof i just 
made and remember this:  this is just the begining. i havent descovered that plan yet, but 
me having the gumption to write it is a start.  i need not worry about
getting the ball rolling.  as much planning as i do, the stronger that punch will be when
i hit reality.  the more i think things through, and the better the plan 
i develop, the harder it will hit that 'ball'.  anyway.  enough buisness talk.  that is
my futer.  ive proven i need to take more classes.  its not going to be like
computer class, where i know how to do things that are drilled into me.  i wont 
allow any drilling here.  i am in charge.  not the computer industry.
