Happy holidays everyone!!  I meant to put some december pictures up here a long time ago but December flew by so quickly!  Christmas is just in a couple of days and things are hectic right now.  I just spent a couple hours at the mall with some last minute shopping and have found a couple minutes here before I go to bed at midnight.  Yikes!  The girls are really enjoying all the holiday hype.  Hannah is so excited and knows exactly what she wants.  Hannah will ask Heather what she wants and she'll say something like present or toy or want in response.  Then Hannah will say "do you want a toy dolly?" and Heather will nod and say "dolly".  So cute.  Heather doesn't care what she gets really.  Hannah doesn't get it that Heather doesn't just tell us what she wants and will agree to anything.

Hannah saw Santa twice this year.  We intentionally went to see him at the mall for a picture and also saw him at a lights festival.  The 2nd time it was funny because she said she only wanted to say Hi and get the candy cane because she already told him what she wanted.  He kept asking her what she wanted over again though and it really confused her. He should have known already!   We told her he gets confused sometimes talking to so many kids.  After awhile we ended up telling her that Santa has many helpers.

Heather would have nothing to do with Santa.  No big surprise.  She was sooooo afraid.
Heather hated Santa Claus but LOVED frosty the snowman!  She was so excited.  Hannah was afraid of Frosty. LOL
We tried to take a picture of Dave in front of the light display. LOL.  I outlined him so you can see where he is standing.  The lights were so cool at this park.  The trees were made to look like fireworks going off.  They had mount Olympus all lighted up and it looked like it was actually in the horizon all lit up with the moon.  We had a blast and kept warm in between events with hot chocolate and warm soup.  The girls loved the pony rides and they got to pet the animals that were in the "manger"  It was a fun christmas activity.
Heather held on to the pony (aka horse) all by herself!!  She hung on tight!
And some pictures of us on Christmas Eve and Day.  Hannah and Heather had a fun time decorating cookies.  She was so tired by the time we got to presents!  We were excited to have Sherrie come to Seattle for Christmas.  She took the picture of all of us at the Christmas Eve get together.
Playing dress up and the funny faces.
