| Hannah and Heather were able to play in the snow for the first time ever this year! We have had a couple days of unusual cold weather the last two weeks, including freezing rain, which was actually quite beautiful when frozen on the plants around our yard. But it all made for being stuck inside for a few days. Hannah and Heather enjoyed their snowy wagon ride and Hannah is thrilled about her snowman!! One day after a blizzard Hannah was dying to go outside. It took us forever to get all bundled up. Heather had 3 coats on (her bunting, plus her 3 in 1 jacket) but after 5 minutes Hannah declared it was too cold and we all went inside. Actually I think she was upset that the snow was too powdery to make a snowman. ;) All of this is exciting though! especially after being in California for so long all this even seems new to Dave and I. |
