| I produced this poster to be eye-catching to the Spanish-speaking community in El Paso, Texas. The program advertised was not getting enough interest because its target audience did not consume media in the way most Americans do--through television, radio, or newspapers. They mostly get information from word-of-mouth or in Spanish-language publications. The poster appeared all over town in places frequented by the target audience. It generated a lot of interest for the work-placement program it advertised, causing many people to sign up who would not have heard of it otherwise. |
