Town Board Meeting Minutes
The
September meeting of the Town Board of Holland met, all members were
present. Chairman Wall called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
The minutes of the August meeting were read and a motion was made
by Supervisor Brick, seconded by Supervisor Geiger. Motion passed.
Attorney Sickle was present and discussed the procedure for town to
join another municipality to use their court for legislation purposes.
The board asked Mr. Sickel to pursue the actions necessary and report
back to the Board.
This month's bills were examined and a motion to pay them was made by
Supervisor Geiger, seconded by Supervisor Brick; motion passed.
Other Business:
Supervisor Geiger stated that trees on Man-Cal Road, near Long Lake
Road, need to be trimmed. Chairman Wall asked him to see if any local
residents would want the wood.
A complaint was received by Chairman Wall that the Askeaton Ball Park
was not kept up to par. Supervisor Geiger then said a meeting with both
ball parks should be held in the near future with additional
discussions to follow.
Meeting was adjourned by Supervisor Brick, seconded by Supervisor
Geiger.
