September meeting, 2004:

Minutes of August meeting were approved.

Neil Palmer, a representative from the American Transmission Company, attended the board         meeting to explain where the new high voltage transmission lines were being installed. The             line will run from the new Calpine Corp.'s Fox Energy Center in Kaukauna, linking the plant             with the transmission grid at Forest Junction.  The project involves construction of five miles         of new transmission structions and wires within an existing easement corridor along Hwy 96          in Wrightstown. The new 345,000 line will be built on steel H- frame structures on the north             side of the right of way where it parallels the existing line from the Town of Kaukauna to just             west of Highway 96. That line will connect with an out of service transmission line that was             built in the 60's, which will be upgraded. This line is on a H-frame just west of Old Hwy 57 rd.          Construction could begin as early as October 2004. They should start receiving  material in             November, and plan starting installation in late December/  early January.  The latest they             should be finished is March 2005.  Should you have any problems with damage to your                     property during this process, or if you have any questions, contact Bill Unke, 262-424-4649.

Wally Lasonde, and  Skill Management Inc. came by and gave a presentation on the                         Elimanure System and how it worked. The Wiese Bros. will be using this technology on their             farm. The technology collects the manure, dries it, and then burns the waste. The only output         is steam and electricity,  which is then sold back to the grid.

The representative for Brookside Estates II was at the meeting.  The installation of the pond         is being disputed by the neighbors located adjacent to the proposed pond. A public hearing             on  the matter will be held on  September 16, at the Sanitary district office at the water tower         at  6p.m.

       Bills were approved and paid.
