Town Board Meeting Minutes
The
August meeting of the Town Board of Holland was called to order by
Chairman Jerry Wall. The minutes of the July meeting were approved by
Supervisor Geiger and seconded by Supervisor Brick. Motion was
approved.
Motion to approve five year extension to North East Asphalt; motion was
approved by Supervisor Geiger, seconded by Supervisor Brick. Motion
passed.
Bills were presented and a motion to pay them was made by
Supervisor Brick, seconded by Supervisor Geiger. Motion passed.
Chairman Wall gave a report on the drainage problem in the Town
of Holland subdivision. He stated that the ditch needed to be cleaned
and tile installed. He also stated that a permit was needed in order to
move the ground, and Land Conservation would set the grades for proper
drainage.
Supervisor Brick made the motion that Matt Greeley be responsible for
setting grades in the Sanitary District. Seconded by Supervisor Geiger.
Motion passed.
Other Matters:
The board asked that a letter be sent by Attorney Sickel to the
Askeaton Softball Club, stating that only family friendly activities be
conducted at the park.
Motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor Geiger, seconded by Supervisor
Brick. Meeting adjourned.
