Town Board Meeting Minutes
The
monthly meeting of the Town of Holland was held July 5, 2005, at 8 p.m.
All board members were present.
The minutes of the June meeting were read. A motion to accept these
minutes was made by Supervisor Geiger, seconded by Supervisor
Brick. Motion passed.
All bills were presented. A motion to pay them was made by
Supervisor Brick, 2nd by Supervisor Geiger.
Chairman Wall suggested that the Board meet with the Building Inspector
and Mc Mahon Engineering to see that all the rules of the new
subdivision are followed and enforced.
Chairman Wall also stated that in another matter, a developer
complained about the extra cost he incurred while completing a project.
A motion by Supervisor Brick was made to send a letter to the
developer, stating that all bills must be paid or a special assessment
would be levied on the property. Chairman Wall seconded this motion.
There being no other business or matters to discuss, a motion to
adjourn was made by Supervisor
Geiger. This motion was seconded by Chairman Wall, and the meeting was
adjourned.
