Town Board Minutes July 6 2004
This is a transcript of the Town of Holland board meeting minutes, as
approved on August 2, 2004.
The Town Board of Holland met for their July meeting. Minutes were
read, motion to approve by Sup. Brick. 2nd by Sup. Geiger, motion
approved 3-0.
Jim Westerman, agent for Richard VanderBloomen presentd a C.F.M. of the
property. The Board reviewed and then a motion to approve was
made by Sup. Brick seconded by Sup. Geiger motion passed 3-0.
After discussing the timely payment of the WE Energies and SBC
telephone due to the fact that sometimes the Board doesnt meet before
the due date. A motion to give authority to clerk to pay these on time,
Sup Geiger and Sup Brick motion passed 3-0.
Lauren Rick updated the board on the web page and it would let the
people know of meetings, minutes, updates.
Catherine Burns asked the Board if they remodel the voting booths.
Chrm. Wall said they would try to do something before the September
Election.
Being no other business, a motion to adjourn by Sup Brick 2nd Sup
Geiger motion passed 3-0.
