Hollandtown Town Board Meeting Minutes
The
town board met, 4-5-05. The minutes of last month's meeting were
read. Motion to approve
was made by Supervisor Geiger, 2nd by Supervisor Brick, motion passed
3-0.
The topic of changing fire district lines was discussed and the
consensus was to leave them the same.
Atty Sickle gave an overview of the ball park lease and terms. A
discussion regarding the cost of insurance, how hard it was to operat
by the club. Different scenarios were brought up to pay for the
insurance, what could happen if no insurance was in place. The Ball
Club stated they'll be making repairs to the cooler door and the rest
of the bldg.
Supervisor Geiger made the motion to have the Ball Club sign the lease
at the home of the clerk when the insurance was in place for the club.
2nd by Chrm. Wall. Passed 3-0.
Atty. Sickle stated he sent letters to Jason Kilgas re: the barking dog
Ord. He also sent a letter to Shane Phillip re: the all terrain vehicle
track. The Chrm. said he had 3 noise complaints against the track.
The bills were presented and discussed, a motion to pay was made by
Supv. Geiger, 2nd by Supv. Brick, motion passed.
Supervisor Brick asked if the roadside could be cleaned by volunteers
or in the past by the 4H Club. No action taken.
Lauren Rick asked if a stop sign could be put up at the east end of
Lamers Clancy where it meets St. Pat's Church Rd. The chairman
would look into it.
No other business, a motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor Geiger
and 2nd by Supervisor Brick. Meeting Adjourned.
