| General: ~All descriptions on the for sale and breed pages are my opinion. They are to the best of my knowledge. I cannot guarantee that the ARBA judges will feel the same way. Opinions differ, even between judges. ~All animals are certified to be healthy before they leave my house. I will not sell a sick rabbit! They are also free of maloclussion and any DQ's, unless it has been mentioned previously and the animal is being sold as a pet/brood animal. ~I cannot guarantee that a solid jr will not develop white spots or stray white hairs. If the animal leaves my barn with stray whites, I will tell you, but I cannot be responsible for how a rabbit looks after he is grown up. ~I try to be as accurate as I can in my descriptions of animals. I will point out the srtong and weak points as I see them. ~I will not guarantee ear carriage on jr hollands. If the ears are not completely down when they are being offered for sale, It will be made known, however ear carriage is an unpredictible thing. ~I guarantee that at the time of sale and for one week after, all rabbits that leave my barn will have the correct color toenails, unless specified that they arent earlier. Broken toenails do sometimes come in white. ~I cannot guarantee future fertility, mothering abilities or success on the show table. ~I DO, however, guarantee that your rabbit will not be nasty at the time of sale. However, after a 2 week period, I cannot guarantee that he/she will still be friendly, as a rabbit must be treated just right in order to remain tame. ~You have ONE week to apply for a replacement rabbit if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The animal selected must be of approximately the same value and the original must be surrendered to me first. ~Sorry, no cash refunds ~A rabbit is a living, breathing creature. Therefore, I reserve the right to refuse to sell to people, or to call off a sale at any time. Should I call off the sale, you will get a full refund of any money already paid to me. ~A 50% deposit is required to hold a rabbit. I will only hold the rabbit for 3 weeks before arrangements are made for shipping/pick up/delivery. If I have not heard from you within the 3 weeks, the rabbit will then be re-offered for sale and you will forfeit your deposit. ~A boarding fee will apply for rabbits left here for more than 30 days after your deposit has been received (this fee is to cover the cost of feed, usually $1 a day) ~The deposit must be received within ONE week of the time you said you will take the rabbit. If the deposit is not received, the animal will again be offered for sale. ~All animals picked up at my house must be paid for in cash. I do not accept cheques. ~A minimum of 3 animals must be purchased for shipping. However, if you would only like to have 1 or 2 shipped, I will do that for an additional fee of $50. You are still responsible for paying for all the costs associated with shipping, such as carriers, feed and water bowls, 1/2 of the ferry fares, $25 for gas and long distance phone calls to the airport, as well as the animals themselves and the shipping costs. ~If at any point you decide that you cannot or do not want to keep your pet rabbit, you will surrender him/her to me. You will NOT recieve any payment for him/her, however you will be able to be secure with the knowledge that your pet will find a loving new home. When you surrender your rabbit to me, I will keep him/her for a minimum of 30 days, during which you will be able to return and get him/her back if you decide that you do indeed want the animal. HOWEVER, should you return during the 30 days, you will be required to pay me $2 for each day he/she spent in my care. This is to cover the cost of the food/hay the bunny will have eatten. Thank You for reading my guarantee page. If you would like to use any of it for your own website, do feel free to. As a courtesy, I do ask that you link back to my site so that I may get credit for my work. |
