Chalet No. 67 Eastfields Leisure Park, Chapel Point.

Conditions of Hire

Terms
All terms are per week (unless otherwise stated), and apply to the chalet as described and equipped. The chalet can accommodate a maximum of five people (three adults, two children). The chalet may be occupied from 2pm on the day of arrival. Arrangement for key handling will be made on an individual booking basis. The chalet must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure and left in the clean tidy condition in which it was found.

Damage
The person named on the booking form will be required to make good, or pay for any damage to the accommodation, fixtures, fittings, or furnishings that occur during the let. Accidental breakage of utensils, crockery or cutlery is to be expected from time to time. Please inform us of any such breakages so that we can replace the item before the next letting.

Smoking
Please refrain from smoking within the confines of this property.

Booking Deposit
A �50 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. Short notice booking, i.e. less than 6 weeks, require the hire charge to be paid in full before the booking can be confirmed by us.

Booking Cancellation
Under the conditions of hire, the named hirer is responsible for the full hire of the chalet, even if you are not able to take possession. However if you have paid the full cost of hire and find that you must cancel for one of the reasons stated below*, and can substantiate this, we will be happy to refund the hire charge less the deposit. If we are able to re-let the chalet for the cancelled period, your deposit also will be refunded, within 7 days of the re-booking. If we are unable to re-let the chalet, the deposit only is forfeited. If you have paid the deposit only and then cancel, we will be happy to refund your deposit if you have given at least 6 weeks notification of cancellation. If less than 6 weeks notice is given, we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-let the chalet. If we are unable to re-let the chalet, the deposit will be forfeited.
*Death or serious injury/illness of you or any member of your party. Witness call or Jury Service by you or your partner. Death or serious injury/illness of an immediate family member. Death of a business partner. To qualify you must notify us immediately the circumstances arise, in writing or by e-mail. Our acknowledgement in writing or by e-mail to you will be your evidence of our having received your notification.

Balance of hire money
The balance as shown on your hire invoice is payable at least 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, or at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks.

Minors
Bookings from persons under 18 cannot be accepted. �All male� or �all female� parties We encourage family bookings and regret that bookings from all male or all female parties cannot be accepted.

Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Confirmation of booking
A booking will be provisionally held for 7 days allowing for receipt of deposit. Only after receipt of deposit can we confirm your booking.

Accommodation availability
The booking is made on the understanding that the chalet will be made available to you on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances beyond our control ie. fire, flood, theft or damage, we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative chalet. In such a case a full refund of moneys paid will be made to you and you will have no further claim against us the owner.

Liability
R. Hayes will not be liable for the death or injury to any person on holiday in or visiting the Chapel Point Village, or for any loss or damage to the property of any such person however any such death, injury, loss or damage may be caused. Vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. We will not be responsible for loss or damage therein or thereto from any cause whatsoever.

Plans
The plans, map and information provided by us are for your interest and convenience. They are not to scale and are for general guidance only.

Complaints
If during your stay, you have a complaint about the accommodation, you can phone us at any reasonable time. Alternatively you could direct your concerns through the site office and they will contact us. In either case, we will endeavour to deal with the matter as soon as possible. Any serious complaint should be drawn to our attention at the time, and followed up in writing within 7 days of you departure. Any complaint received after departure, but not drawn to our attention during the booked period, may not be entered into, as after such time it should be understood that it might be difficult to correct problems and investigate complaints.
