I've put together some bits and pieces of the history of my  first hometown.  I have not been able to find a definitive piece about Jeanesville's glorious past and this certainly won't be it, but here goes.  Jeanesville was named after Joseph Jeanes a philanthropist from Philadelphia.  Click on any of the links on the left.  Be sure to check out the history page.
