26-1: Lady in Red Well interesting day at church today, first off was footy at 11 in the morning, unfortunately HL decided to go to the gym with Di this morning (which they never did) which left me to take the bus in to Meadowbank, this meant I had to wake up at 9 which wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t been play New Star Soccer till 4 in the morn. Anyway I had my usual disappointing game of footy b4 heading to church. We’re currently doing the Youth Alpha course at the mo and today Colin was leading, todays section was all Skits (American for sketch) and was pretty good, Col did a good job leading (with more prep than I usually do). To be honest the YA course started a bit slowly but the material in the last few weeks has been pretty good. After that was the Chinese New Year cabaret, with team Ichthus (Di, HL, Colin, Me) doing 2 songs, it went alrite but prob could have went better. So to the point of the title of this blog, basically since it was a special occasion at church there was this girl there who looked quite nice (as Colin put it, if she was 8 years older he would do her). Anyway after a bit some ppl thought that she was eyeing me up (Di and Col) and even made me walk past her to see if she would look (they said she did, but I just said she was probably wondering what the smell was). So for the rest of the time at church felt bit paranoid to see if she was around or looking at me. I doubt she was ‘eyeing me up’ anyway for a few reasons, frist of all I need to cut my hair and shave, second this kinda thing lets be honest just doesn’t happen to me. When girls eye up ppl in our group is usually Louis or Calvin (when hes there) or eehhhhh….. So no real point I guess, we’ll see if shes there next week tho she probably won’t be. Hoj |
