| Another day has ended, But I wish it was a week. The people I call family, Think I'm crazy and sick. Am I really weird? Abnormal, is what they say. But when I am with my friends I am just typical and OK. Wish it was September, And I am on my way... To the place that I have always, Dreamed that I would stay. Where owls freely fly... Beyond the Muggle eye. And opening a book, Isn't as safe as it looks. I wish that I was at Hogwarts, Instead of Privet Drive. |

| Waking early in the morn, not to be seen, Us witches use magical powers, to cook and clean. When getting on our brooms, or floo powder fits some, We go to Diagon Alley to finish our shopping before 1. Brewing in larger balck pots, baking over them too, Even after all that work, a witche's day simply isn't through! Many of us have jobs that we go to in the night, then the day ends to a true witche's life! Us wizards are like the witches, but also differ in many ways. Instead of cooking and cleaning, we go to work all day and get paid, Some of us work for the ministry of magic, some of us teach at Hogwarts. Some of us even work at Diagon Alley, for stores that sell swords. Ever good wizard knows the secret behind a true wizard's life, Which is to see with your powers and not your eye, At the end of the day we return to our abode, not using our powers for Muggles to see, We spend the rest of the vening at home with our family! |

| Harry Potter is a series of books, Don't judge the covers on how they look. Harry Potter is about a magical boy. Reading his adventures gives me joy. He's a wizard which is pretty cool. He goes to a place called Hogwarts School. He's got balck hair and bright green eyes, And one of his friends is really wise. Her name is Hermione and there's Ron too, They're both Harry's friends although they do, Fight sometimes but still stay Harry's friend. Their friendship will last and never ever end. Harry Potter is not just for kids, It's also for teens and adults, it really is! It's a fascinating story featuring friends, allies and foes, It's magic will never die, it will continue to grow. |

| Everday that passes by, I wonder. Why do the diss me in this house? I wonder what it is they don't like. I wonder what it is they hate. Every day that passes by I wonder. I wonder if I should really be a Slytherin. I wonder why I don't belong. This has been happening for too long. I think the guys just aren't my crowd. Draco Malfoy, I hate, is too mean. Millicent Bullstrode, she hates me. Pansy, well, does she have to make fun of people like that? My time in the Great Hall I spend, Or in he libary or someother place. I avoid my common room, I have no friends there. But still, I'm happy I'm here. I'm happy I left Muggleland. I think I'll go make some friends now, Because this is the first month of my first year. Graduation is here, I'm Head Girl, how's that? Most of my friends are prefects, Good they are. I'm an Auror now, I've caught Malfoy, killing Muggles, Pansy, killing mudbloods. I'm glad I wasn't friends with 'em. |

| The scar across Harry's forehead makes people stop and stare. Muggles are also puzzled over his shaggy, long hair. Black robes and broomsticks, all familiar sites, Crowding round the common room on dark and starry nights. A door that won't open, a step that won't stay, That's impossible, ordinary people may say. Make sure you don't forget your wand, a Witch might tell her son, It might seem like a game, it must be lots of fun. But when you've got house points and homework, It might not be all play, because you have to work. I still think that it would be great, If I got to play Quidditch, and stay up late, Chatting to friends about wands and spells, Getting to be near those sights, sounds and smells. |
