Civil War Medicine

The men and women of the civil war were not in the best of situations when it came to medical care on the battle field. The fact that al industries were embarked in the industrial age and concerned about building weaponry for both side was no the problem. The problem was simply that the knowledge of medicine and medical care just wasn't very advanced. This page is dedicated to some of the medical techniques that were available during the civil war.
