
First mix sugar, cocoa, and salt in a saucepan. Then add margarine and milk. Bring to a boil on the stove, make sure not to let it burn; sugar burns easily. Boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from burner, and add remaining ingrediants. Stir for 1 minute so that mixture is consistant throughout. Drop by teaspoon (cereal spoon) onto waxed paper. Chill in the refridgerator until firm (hour, maybe longer).
