1. Trading

	Trading will begin right as soon as you get a team.

2. Rerates
	
	Rerates are FHLsim based.  Any rerates that appear unfair to me will
be changed as I see fit.  If you spot a rerate on your team that seems unfair
to you, email me the problem player and I will change it to fit how good or
bad he played in the last season of CHL.

3. Free Agents
	
	Free Agents will begin IMMEDIATELY after the draft.  RFA's are rookie
to 30 years of age, and UFA's start at 31.  On our message board, you will bid
on Free Agents by starting a topic with their name as the topic title.  If you
wish to bid on the same player, reply to the first bid on the same thread, DO
NOT start another thread with the same player, I will delete it and your bid 
WILL NOT count.  There will be a list of Free Agents posted on the site when
the time comes.  Waivers start after a player has played AT LEAST 20 games and 
meet the age requirement of 23.  A player has a 2 way contract after 40 Games
played.

4. Draft

	The draft will be eight rounds.  They will be as close to the next draft
as possible, I will try to get as many of the new draftees in their as possible.
You may scout prospects through any site you wish to use.  I will begin working
on the draft list as soon as the season starts.  

5. Season

	The season will start as soon as 20 GMs are in the league.  Sims will be
Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, and they will be 5 days each day, if I somehow
cannot do the sim on one of those days, they will be made up whichever sim day 
follows, and will be double what the original sim amount is.For example, if I
 miss a sim on Monday, I will sim 10 days on Wednesday.    

6. Code of Conduct

	I will not tolerate someone bashing another GM.  I can understand the
difference between kidding around and looking to hurt someone's feelings.  If
I find out someone is trying to bash another person and is not kidding around, 
I will fire you.  No questions asked.  I will not tolerate assholes.
