The arena is a comfortable venue, with plenty of seating and not a bad seat in the house. Tickets and concession prices are reasonable, and the "ringleaders" and staff go out of their way to make every game enjoyable.
The Pride Booster Club is exceptionally active, giving the players support and fans plenty of opportunities to join activities.
